हरेला पर्व के कार्यक्रम में कृष्णा नगर कालोनी में बड़ा अद्भुत और मार्मिक दृश्य देखने को मिला जब एक दिव्यांग मित्र ने एक पौधा नगर निगम की मेयर श्रीमती अनिता ममगाई को भेंट किया, और अनुरोध किया की इस पौधे को मेरी तरफ से लगा दिया जायइस प्रकरण को देख महापौर ने उक्त मित्र को धन्यवाद देते हुए उसे पुष्प भेंट कर उनकी इस भावना हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया। सभी से अनुरोध किया कि यह सृष्टि ईश्वर की दी हुई है।हम सभी को एक बहुत सुंदर भेंट मिली है, इसकी रक्षा, इसकी सुरक्षा और सौन्दर्यकरण हेतु हम सभी का प्रयास आवश्यक है। और हम सभी का यह दायित्व भी है कि जल सरंक्षण, भूमि संरक्षण हेतु व्रक्ष लगा कर हम ईश्वर की इस महान संरचना को और निखारे। महापौर ने उक्त मित्र को इस सुंदर और क्रियाशील विचार हेतु धन्यवाद दिया।
