*पेयजल संकट पर महापौर का चड़ा पारा,अधिकारी को जमकर लगाई फटकार*

ऋषिकेश- पेयजल को लेकर मचे हाहाकार के बीच महापौर अनिता ममगाई का पारा आज उस वक्त चड़ गया जब मौके पर पहुंचे जल संस्थान के अधिकारी जनता के सवालों का जवाब देने के बजाय बहानेबाजी करते नजर आए। वृहस्पतिवार को बनखंडी ग्राम में पेयजल समस्या की जानकारी मिलने पर पहुंची महापौर ने जल संस्थान के अधिकारी जलकल अभियंता राजेश चौहान को मौके पर बुलवा लिया।
इस दौरान क्षेत्र वासियों ने महापौर को बताया कि पिछले 10 दिनों से नगर के शांति नगर ,गंगानगर क्षेत्र के साथ-साथ बनखंडी ग्राम में भी पेयजल संकट बना हुआ है ।आसमान से बरस रही आग के बीच लोगों के हलक सूख रहे हैं। तमाम शिकायतें करने के बावजूद जल संस्थान के अधिकारी टालमटोल करने में लगे हुए हैं। लोगों की तमाम बातें सुनने के बाद महापौर ममगाई का गुस्सा पूरी तरह से भड़क गया और उन्होंने जलकल अभियंता को जमकर खरी-खोटी सुनाते हुए कहा कि एक ओर जहां प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री लगातार बैठके लेकर निर्देश दे रहे है कि उत्तराखंड में कहीं भी पेयजल संकट की स्थिति न उत्पन्न होने दी जाए वहीं दूसरी ओर ऋषिकेश में पिछले दिनों से विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लोग पेयजल के लिए जूझ रहे हैं। महापौर ने जल संस्थान के अधिकारी को स्पष्ट लफ्जों में चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं पर पलीता लगाने वालों को किसी भी हाल में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। जल संस्थान के अधिकारी चौहान द्वारा राज रात तक पेयजल समस्या को दूर किए जाने के आश्वासन पर महापौर का गुस्सा शांत हुआ। मौके पर पार्षद लता तिवारी ,राजेश दिवाकर ,पूर्व सभासद हरीश तिवारी भी मौजूद रहे ।इन सबके बीच महापौर ने जल संस्थान के अधिशासी अभियंता नमित रमोला को दूरभाष पर बनखंडी ग्राम की पेयजल संकट के बारे में जानकारी दी ।महापौर की शिकायत का तुरंत संज्ञान लेते हुए अधिशासी अधिकारी ने देहरादून से ऋषिकेश कूच कर तुरंत आवश्यक कार्यवाही शुरु करवा दी। महापौर ने अधिशासी अभियंता के सक्रियता पर संतोष व्ययक्त किया है।
