प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अपनाई जा रही दोहरी नीतियों के खिलाफ कांग्रेस ने हल्ला बोल दिया है,कांग्रेस पार्टी के राजपाल बिष्ट ने कहां है कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा दोहरी नीति अपनाकर आमजन को परेशान किया जा रहा है, उन्होंने बताया कि कुछ समय पहले ही अभी उत्तरकाशी के रहने वाले एक युवक पर इसलिए मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया था कि उसने अपनी ट्रैवल हिस्ट्री नहीं बताई और जांच के बाद प्रशासन ने उसे समान्य गाड़ी में घर के लिए भेज दिया थी जबकि युवक ने अपनी पूरी जानकारी पहले ही जिला प्रशासन को बता दी थी इसके बावजूद भी उस युवक के खिलाफ आपदा एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया। जबकि दूसरी ओर रसूखदार नेताओं पर सरकार मुकदमा दर्ज करने से बच रही है उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार में कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज और उनके परिवार पर सरकार मुकदमा दर्ज करने से बच रही है जो कि यह सरकार की दोहरी नीति को उजागर करती है उन्होंने सरकार से मांग की है कि अन्य लोगों की ही तरह उनके परिवार पर भी मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए।
