अनलॉक 1.0 के दौरान नियमों का उल्लंघन कर रहे लोगों पर काशीपुर प्रशासन ने अपना डंडा चलाना शुरु कर दिया है। जिसके चलते आज पुलिस और प्रशासन ने नगर में दुकानों पर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का ध्यान नहीं देने वाले व्यापारियों और लोगों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करते हुए चालान काटे। इस दौरान बाजार में बिना मास्क पहनकर बाइकों पर तथा पैदल घूम रहे लोगों के भी प्रशासनिक टीम ने चालान काटे साथ ही बाजार में दुकानों में बिना मास्क के बैठे दुकानदारों के भी चालान काटे गए। अनलॉक 1.0 के दौरान प्रशासन द्वारा दी गई छूट का लोग जमकर फायदा उठा रहे थे और नियमों का उल्लंघन कर रहे थे। जिसके चलते सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग की बाजार में जमकर धज्जियां उड़ती दिखाई दे रही थी। नियमों का पालन न होता देख जिलाधिकारी ने सभी अधिकारियों को सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन कराने के लिए सख्त निर्देश दिए। जिसके चलते आज काशीपुर में सीओ मनोज ठाकुर, एसडीएम गौरव कुमार और नगर निगम के सहायक नगर आयुक्त के नेतृत्व में प्रशासन की टीम ने नगर में पैदल मार्च करते हुए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन न करने वाले व्यापारी और मास्क न पहनकर घूमने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ जमकर कार्यवाही की और उनके चालान काटे। साथ ही प्रशासन ने लोगों को सोशल डिस्पेंसिंग और मास्क पहने की अपील की। इस दौरान बाजार में दुकानों के आगे ठेले तथा रेहडी लगाने वाले लोगों को भी आगे से ऐसा ना करने की हिदायत दी।
