कास्तकारों पर पड़ रही दोहरी मार
नैनीताल के भीमताल ओखलकांडा ब्लाक के कई गांवों में आलू की खेती बरबाद होने लगी है। इस आलू की खेती में झुलसा रोग लग गया है।,ग्राम सभा पंतौली के तोक -चामा ग्राम-नाई,महतोली ,गंगोलीगाड ,भुमका ,कोटली ,थली ,हरीनगर , मोहनागांव ,चकदलाड सहित दर्जनों गांवों में पहले ओलावृष्टी ,तेज बारिश और अब झुलसा रोग ने दस्तक दे दी है। आलू में दाना तैयार नही हुआ है पर आलू सूख चुका है। यहां क्षेत्र में पूरे साल भर किसान आलू पर ही निर्भर रहते है। रात रात भर कोहरा पडने के कारण यह रोग लगा है। किसानों पर यह भारी मार पडी है, पूरे साल भर की फसल बरबाद हो चुकी है ,वही किसान दवा का छिडकाव कर रहे है। किसानों का कहना है, कि पूरे साल की फसल बरबाद हो गई है। वही पर्यावरण प्रेमी ने सरकार से इस आपदा से निपटने के लिए पूर्ण फसल नुकसान का मुआवजा व फसल का बीमा भी दिये जाने की मांग की है। साथ ही उद्यान वो कृषि विभाग से इसकी जांच कराई जाए ताकि मौसम परिवर्तन के कारण इन फसलों में बदलाव को रोका जा सके पवार काश्तकार की इस भुखमरी से बचाया जा सके क्योंकि लॉक डाउन के चलते और फसल बर्बाद होने के कारण काश्तकार दोहरी मार झेल रहा है ।
