कुमाऊं में फंसे श्रमिकों के लिए शुरू हुई स्पेशल प्रवासी श्रमिक ट्रेन
लॉकडाउन के दौरान अन्य राज्यों में फंसे प्रवासी श्रमिकों को उनके जनपद में स्पेशल प्रवासी श्रमिक ट्रेन के माध्यम से पहुंचाया जा रहा है। कुमाऊं के अन्य राज्यों में फंसे श्रमिकों को लेकर स्पेशल श्रमिक ट्रेन लालकुआं रेलवे स्टेशन आयेगी। इस दौरान आने वाले श्रमिकों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण व अन्य सुविधाओं हेतु रेलवे स्टेशन लालकुआं का निरीक्षण जिला अधिकारी व बरिष्ट पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा किया गया। जिला अधिकारी ने श्रमिकों के आगमन के दौरान पर्याप्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था किये जाने का निर्देश दिया। श्रमिकों के स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण व काउटिंग हेतु 10 काउंटर बनाये गये । वहीं स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण के उपरान्त आने वाले श्रमिकों को उनके गन्तव्य स्थल तक पहुंचाया जायेगा। प्रवासी लोगों को गुजरात के अहमदाबाद से एक विशेष ट्रेन लालकुआ स्टेशन पहुंचने वाली लेकिन कब और किस दिन ऐ अभी तय नहीं हो पाया। साथ ही पता चला कि अहमदाबाद से लालकुआं ट्रेन पहुचने वाली है जिसमें 1700 मजदूरों की आने कि सम्भावना है। प्रदेशों में लॉकडाउन में मिली शर्तों के साथ ढिलाई देने के केंद्र सरकार के आदेश के बाद दूसरे राज्यों में रह रहे प्रवासियों मजदूरों और छात्रों को लाने की कवायद शुरू की गई है। जिसको लेकर सरकार मजदूरों को लाए तेजी से काम कर रही है। इसके मद्देनजर नैनीताल डीएम और एसएसपी ने लालकुआ जंक्शन का जायजा लिया और यहां के इंतजाम देखे। वहीं प्रवासी मजदूरों को उनके घर तक पहचानें के लिए बसों का इंतजाम भी किये जा रहे हैं। वहीं सरकार ने पहले ही यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि बाहर से आने वाले प्रवासियों मजदूरों को 14 दिनों तक क्वारंटाइन में करने की व्यवस्था की जायेगी। जिलाधिकारी सबिंन बसंल ने बताया कि प्रवासी मजदूरों को लेकर जल्द एक स्पेशल ट्रेन पहुचने वाली है जिसके निरीक्षण के लिए वे पहुचे है तथा लोगों को उनके घर तक पहुचाने के प्रशासन ने पुरी बसों की तैयारियां कर ली है। इसे पहले सभी प्रवासियों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया जायेगा जिसके लिए निर्देश स्वास्थ्य विभाग को दिये गये हैं।
