*पिता की जंयती पर पार्षद राजेन्द्र बिष्ट ने 48 युवाओं का रक्तदान कराकर दी उन्हें श्रद्वांजलि*
ऋषिकेश-नगर निगम पार्षद राजेन्द्र बिष्ट ने अपने पिता ऋषिकेश ग्राम सभा के पूर्व प्रधान स्व प्रेम सिंह बिष्ट की 71 वी जंयती के अवसर पर हिमालयन हास्पिटल जौलीग्रांट में युवाओं को रक्तदान के लिए प्रेरित कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। अड़तालीस युवाओं ने इस पुनित यज्ञ में रक्तदान कर अपनी आहुति दी। हिमालयन हास्पिटल में नगर निगम महापौर अनिता ममगाई ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराकर रक्तदान के लिए आगे आये युवाओं की हौसला अफजाई की। इस अवसर पर महापौर ने कहा कि धन्य है वह माता पिता जिन्होंने राजेंद्र जेसी औलाद को जन्म दिया। लोगों की सच्ची सेवा का जो जनून उन्होंने राजेन्द्र में देखा है वो विरलों में ही देखने को मिलता है।महापौर ने कहा कि ‘कोरोना के कारण अभी जो हालात हैं, उसमें रक्तदान शिविरों का आयोजन बिलकुल नहीं हो रहा है, जिससे ब्लड बैंकों में खून की भारी किल्लत हो गई है। लोगों को कोरोना से संक्रमित होने से बचाने के साथ ही उन मरीजों की जिंदगी बचानी भी बहुत जरुरी है, जिन्हें इस वक्त खून की बेहद जरुरत है।ऐसे में पार्षद बिष्ट द्वारा अपने पिता स्व प्रेम सिंह बिष्ट की जंयती पर युवाओं को प्रेरित कर रक्तदान कराना उनकी समाजसेवी सोच को उजागर करता है।इससे अन्य लोगों को भी इस दिशा में कार्य करने की प्रेरणा मिलेगी। पार्षद राजेंद्र बिष्ट ने बताया अपने जीवन काल मे उनके पिताजी ने कभी किसी को आहत नही किया। जितना बन सका, घर-परिवार के साथ समाज की मदद में हमेशा हाथ बढ़ाये। मेरे पापा ही मेरे प्रेरणास्रोत रहे जिस वजह से आज मै पीड़ितों और जरूरतमंदों के लिए कुछ कर पा रहा हूँ।इस दौरान श्री भरत मंदिर इंटर कालेज के पूर्व प्रधानाचार्य डीबीपीएस रावत,प्रवीण सजवान, रंजन अंथवाल, धीरज डोभाल, मनोज गर्ग, अजय गोयल, सुमित पाल आदि शामिल रहे।
