आबादी वाले क्षेत्रों में सांपों के निकलने का सिलसिला जारी
रामनगर: कोरोना के कारण हुए लॉकडाउन में लोग घरों में हैं. जंगलों में भी मानव गतिविधियां बंद हैं. ऐसे में जंगली जानवर और सांप शहर और गांवों की ओर आ रहे हैं. रामनगर से सटे कई गांवों में सांप घरों में घुस गए. इसके बाद वन विभाग ने सर्प विशेषज्ञों को बुलाकर सांपों को पकड़ कर जंगल में छोड़ दिया. नैनीताल जिले के रामनगर में लॉकडाउन के दौरान सांपों के निकलने का सिलसिला जारी है. सर्प विशेषज्ञ चंद्रसेन ने बताया कि रात में सांप व गोय (मॉनिटर लिजार्ड), कब्र बिज्जू, सेही, नेवला आदि जंगली जीवों के घरों में प्रवेश करने की सूचना पर रेस्क्यू किया जा रहा है. पिछले दो दिन में स्थानीय निवासी दिनेश प्रताप कनिया के घर से धामन सांप व गौरव कुमार कानिया ई.एस.टी.सी. से चेकर्ड कीलबैक स्नेक रेस्क्यू किए गए. वहीं, लीची गार्डन से धामन सांप, आर.के. तिवारी निवास से धामन सांप, अशोक कुमार फॉरेस्ट कंपाउंड से कोबरा, अनुज गोयल नया गांव के यहां से धामन सांप, तसलीम अहमद पंचवटी कॉलोनी भवानीगंज के घर से धामन सांप और शंकरपुर सोसायटी से धामन सांप रेस्क्यू किए गए.
