नशा निषेध दिवस के अवसर पर मरीजों की सहायता के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर हुए जारी
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान एम्स ऋषिकेश में 26 जून को विश्व नशा निषेध दिवस के अवसर पर मरीजों की सहायता के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया गया। नशे की बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति अथवा उसके परिजन नशा छुड़ाने के लिए जारी किए गए एम्स के इस हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों से परामर्श ले सकते हैं।
गौरतलब है कि नशीले पदार्थों के दुरुपयोग व तस्करी की समस्या को लेकर 26 जून को विश्व नशा निषेध दिवस मनाया जाता है। इस वर्ष 2020 के लिए इसकी थीम ’बेहतर देखभाल के लिए बेहतर ज्ञान’ रखी गयी है। बताया गया कि 1987 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय समाज को नशीले पदार्थों से मुक्त रखने के उद्देश्य से विश्व नशा विरोधी दिवस मनाने का निर्णय लिया था। चिकित्सकों के अनुसार नशीले पदार्थों और शराब का उपयोग आज के समाज में एक बड़ी चुनौती बन गया है। शुक्रवार को एम्स निदेशक पद्मश्री प्रोफेसर रवि कांत जी ने ’विश्व नशा निषेध दिवस’ के अवसर पर नशीले पदार्थों के बढ़ते सामाजिक खतरों व इनके दुरुपयोग को रोकने के लिए सामाजिक स्तर पर जनजागरुक व इस बीमारी से पीड़ित रोगियों की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु हेल्पलाइन नंबर- 7456897874 जारी किया। इस अवसर पर निदेशक एम्स पद्मश्री प्रो. रवि कांत जी ने कहा कि परामर्श हेतु नशे की बीमारी से पीड़ित रोगी इस हेल्पलाईन नम्बर का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की है कि कोविड -19 के बढ़ते खतरों को देखते हुए यदि बहुत जरुरी हो तभी चिकित्सकीय परामर्श के लिए अस्पताल आएं। ऐसी स्थिति में सामाजिक दूरी का पालन करना अति अनिवार्य है। निदेशक एम्स प्रो. रवि कांत जी ने कहा कि एम्स ऋषिकेश में सरकार के सहयोग से ड्रग ट्रीटमेंट सेंटर संचालित किया जा रहा है। नशे की बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्तियों के लिए इस योजना के अधीन कई प्रकार की दवाईयां निःशुल्क दी जाती हैं। लिहाजा नशावृत्ति के शिकार लोगों को इस योजना से स्वास्थ्य लाभ लेना चाहिए।
मनोचिकित्सा विभागाध्यक्ष डा. रवि गुप्ता ने बताया कि नशा करना आदत नहीं, बल्कि यह एक बीमारी है। उन्होंने बताया कि सभी लोग नशा नहीं करते लेकिन जो लोग दैनिक तौर पर शराब अथवा अन्य नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन करते हैं, वह इस बीमारी से पीड़ित हो जाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन लोगों की तंत्रिका तन्त्र में गड़बड़ी होती है, ऐसे लोग एक बार नशा करने के बाद उसको छोड़ नहीं पाते हैं। लिहाजा इस तरह की तंत्रिका संबंधी बीमारियों का उपचार दवा द्वारा संभव है जिससे ऐसे पीड़ित व्यक्ति उपचार के बाद ठीक हो जाते हैं।
मनोचिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ डा. अनिरूद्ध बासू का कहना है कि नशीले पदार्थों और शराब की बीमारी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति की दिनचर्या में कई प्रकार के बदलाव देखे जा सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि नशा करने वाले लोगों में नींद और भूख में बदलाव आ जाना, उसका चिड़चिड़ा हो जाना, स्वयं की साफ-सफाई पर ध्यान नहीं देना जैसे लक्षण प्रमुखता से नजर आते हैं। लिहाजा संबंधित व्यक्ति अथवा उसके पारिवारिकजनों को चाहिए कि वह इन लक्षणों के नजर आने पर विशेषज्ञों से उचित परामर्श लेकर पीड़ित व्यक्ति का समुचित उपचार कराएं।
