पुलिस कमिश्नर ने दिए जांच के दिए आदेश।
थाने के एडिशनल इंस्पेक्टर, नाईट अफसर, हेड कांस्टेबल और पहरा ड्यूटी पर तैनात सिपाही को किया निलंबित ।
गोमतीनगर विस्तार थाने का है मामला।
हवालात में बंद सीतापुर निवासी उमेश को लोगो ने चोरी के आरोप में पकड़कर पुलिस को सौंपा था।
लॉकअप में 25 वर्षीय उमेश ने बेल्ट के सहारे लगाई फांसी।
पुलिस मूर्छित अवस्था मे उमेश को ले गई लोहिया अस्पताल।
उमेश को चिकित्सकों ने किया मृत घोषित।
