कानपुर उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में पुलिस की एक टीम पर बदमाशों ने अंधाधुन गोलियां चलाईं। जिसमें डीएसपी देवेंद्र मिश्रा और थाना प्रभारी समेत 8 पुलिसकर्मी शहीद हो गए। पुलिस की यह टीम हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे को पकड़ने के लिए गई थी। विकास दुबे ने जेसीबी लगवाकर पुलिस का रास्ता रोक दिया, जिससे पुलिस की जीप उसके घर तक नहीं जा सकी। रास्ते में जीप छोड़कर पुलिस पैदल ही आगे बढ़ी रही थी इस दौरान उनके ऊपर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग शुरू कर दी गई। शातिर अपराधी है विकास दुबे कानपुर का हिस्ट्रीशीटर अपराधी है। उसके ऊपर 60 मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। उसके खिलाफ कानपुर के राहुल तिवारी नाम के व्यक्ति ने 307 का एक मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। इस पर दबिश डालने के लिए पुलिस विकास दुबे के गांव दिकरु गई थी। यह गांव चौबेपुर थाना छेत्र के अंतर्गत आता है। विकास दुबे वह जमीनों के अवैध कब्जे और गैर कानूनी तरीके से जमीनों को हड़पने का माहिर है। वह जमीनों पर कब्जे करवाने के लिए लाखों रुपये के सुपारी लेता था। उसके कई ईंट भट्टे और कॉलेज हैं। विकास दुबे का घर किले जैसा है। घर के चारो तरफ बड़ी-बड़ी दीवारे हैं। इन दीवारों के अंदर झांकना आसान नहीं है। ऊंची दीवारों के ऊपर कटीले तार लगे हैं। इस बाउंड्री के अंदर जाने के बाद बहुत बड़ा मैदान नजर आता है। घर किसी भूलभुलैया की तरह है। बाहर वाला आसानी से नहीं जान सकता कि किस तरफ क्या है।कानपुर में पुलिस टीम पर हुए हमले में शिवराजपुर के एसओ महेश चंद्र यादव भी शहीद हुए हैं। डीएसपी देवेंद्र मिश्रा के शहीद होने के खबर उनके परिवार को मिली तो पूरा परिवार गमगीन हो गया। पोस्टमॉर्टम हाउस के बाहर उनका परिवार पहुंचा और बिलख-बिलख कर रो पड़ा। कुछ पुलिसकर्मी उन्हें सांत्वना देते नजर आए। पुलिस टीम को रोकने के लिए विकास दुबे ने अपने समर्थकों के साथ इसी तरह अपने घर की ओर जाने वाला रास्ता रोका। बीच सड़क पर जेसीबी इसी तरह खड़ी कर दी गई, जिससे पुलिस की जीप आगे नहीं जा सकी। कानपुर में हुए पुलिस टीम पर हमले ने पूरे देश को हिला दिया है। इस घटना के बाद कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे हैं। कानपुर के बाहर जाने वाले सभी रास्ते बंद कर दिए गए हैं। विकास दुबे के सभी संभावित ठिकानों पर पुलिस ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी कर रही है।
