कोरोना के साथ डेंगू को लेकर भी स्वास्थ्य विभाग अलर्ट,जिले में फॉगिंग सहित कीटनाशक दवाइयों के छिड़काव के दिए निर्देश
हल्द्वानी : कोरोना वायरस के साथ अब डेंगू की दस्तक ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को फिर से अलर्ट रहने पर मजबूर कर दिया है। नैनीताल जिले में डेंगू के सीजन को देखते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। हल्द्वानी के बेस अस्पताल में डेंगू के लिए दस बेड का वॉर्ड और सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल में 40 बेड का डेंगू वॉर्ड बनाया गया है। इसके अलावा डेंगू टेस्टिंग किट की भी स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा खरीद की गई है। जिले के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी भागीरथी जोशी ने बताया कि अभी डेंगू का कोई मरीज जिले में नहीं आया है। लेकिन स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने अपनी सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। डेंगू टेस्टिंग किट की भी खरीदारी की जा चुकी है। इसके अलावा 50 संभावित डेंगू मरीजों की टेस्टिंग भी कराई गई थी। जिनमें किसी भी मरीज में डेंगू का लक्षण नहीं पाया गया, और साथ ही मरीज ठीक हैं। पिछले साल डेंगू के सीजन में सैकड़ों की संख्या में हल्द्वानी और उसके आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में मरीज सामने आए थे। जिसे देखते हुए इस बार स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने पहले से ही पूरे जिले में फॉगिंग सहित कीटनाशक दवाइयों के छिड़काव के निर्देश दिए हैं। साथ ही सभी नगर निकायों को फॉगिंग शुरू करने को कहा गया है। डेंगू-मलेरिया के मद्देनजर मलेरिया विभाग भी अब एक्टिव हो चुका है। मच्छर के लार्वे की भी सैंपलिंग की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गयी है।
