युवक की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में हुई मौत बनी स्वास्थ्य विभाग के लिए मुसीबत
उधम सिंह नगर के किच्छा में एक सप्ताह पूर्व हुई युवक की संदिग्ध मौत के मामले में किच्छा पहुंची स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने केस से संबंधित लोगों के बयान दर्ज किए । विभागीय टीम ने आरोपी चिकित्सक के अस्पताल में पहुंचकर बयान दर्ज कर मौका मुआयना किया । ज्ञात हो कि किच्छा के आवास विकास निवासी व्यापारी वासुदेव सिंधी के 19 वर्षीय पोते सौरभ सिंधी की 25 मई को तबीयत खराब हो गई थी , सौरभ की तबीयत खराब होने के बाद परिजन उसे उपचार के लिए किच्छा के आराध्या पॉलीक्लिनिक अस्पताल ले गए थे। हॉस्पिटल के चिकित्सक डॉ चरण सिंह ने युवक का उपचार कर इंजेक्शन लगाने के बाद उसे घर भेज दिया था। आरोप है कि इंजेक्शन लगाए जाने के बाद के करीब 1 घंटे बाद युवक की मौत हो गई थी । गंभीर अवस्था में युवक को रुद्रपुर के मेडिसिटी अस्पताल ले जाया गया था जहां चिकित्सकों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया था। युवक की मौत के बाद परिजनों ने निजी अस्पताल पहुंचकर आरोपी चिकित्सक के खिलाफ कार्यवाही किए जाने की मांग को लेकर जोरदार हंगामा किया था । मृतक सौरभ के दादा वासुदेव सिंधी ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों सहित कोतवाली पुलिस को तहरीर देकर आरोपी निजी चिकित्सक डॉ चरण सिंह के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने तथा विभागीय जांच कर कार्यवाही की मांग की थी । परिजनों की शिकायत के बाद मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ उदय शंकर तथा डॉ शंकर गुप्ता सहित चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ एच सी त्रिपाठी की टीम ने पीड़ित व्यापारी वासुदेव सिंधी के कलम बंद बयान दर्ज किए । कोतवाली पुलिस के साथ तहसीलदार व जांच टीम नगर के आराध्या पॉली क्लिनिक पहुंची । हॉस्पिटल में चिकित्सकों की टीम ने आरोपी चिकित्सक के कलम बंद बयान दर्ज किए । चिकित्सा अधीक्षक एच सी त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि युवक की संदिग्ध मौत के मामले में परिजनों की शिकायत के बाद मामले की जांच की जा रही है और जांच पूरी होने के बाद आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
