महिला कल्याण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की हुई बैठक, तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार देने की कार्य योजना बनाने पर मंत्री ने दिए निर्देश
देहरादून/ प्रदेश की महिला कल्याण एवं बाल विकास, पशुपालन, भेड़ एवं बकरी पालन, चारा एवं चारागाह विकास एवं मत्स्य विकास राज्यमंत्री(स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्रीमती रेखा आर्या ने विधान सभा, सभाकक्ष में महिला कल्याण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की बैठक में समीक्षा की गयी।
बैठक में विभाग की प्रगति में तेजी लाने के लिए योजनावार केलेण्डर तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रगति पर बल देते हुए कहा कि परिणामोन्मुखी एवं महिलाओं को स्वावलम्बी एवं आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए इनोवेटिव कार्य किया जाए। पुनः सितम्बर माह में आज की बैठक में दिये गये निर्देशों की समीक्षा हेतु बैठक की जायेगी।
एकल महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए सब्सिडी आधारित योजना के तहत एक प्रतिशत ब्याज पर पशुपालन, मत्स्पालन, टेलरिंग, फैशन डिजाईन, मसाला, आचार, शहद इत्यादि में स्वरोजगार के लिए 90 प्रतिशत राजकीय सहायता एवं 10 प्रतिशत एकल महिला का योगदान निर्धारित किया गया है। इस योजना के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि इस से योजना से जहां महिलाऐं आत्मनिर्भर होंगी वहीं पर योजना में मालिक के रूप में भी कार्य करेंगे।
गाय, भैंस इत्यादि पशुओं के टीकाकरण कार्य की समीक्षा की गयी। अगस्त माह से प्रारम्भ होकर छः माह तक टीकाकरण के लिए टैगिंग किया जायेगा। इससे ट्रैस करने में मदद मिलेगी।
बैठक में कहा गया कि कोरोना काल में विशेष योगदान देने वाली महिलाओं के लिये 8 अगस्त को होने वाले तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार देने की कार्ययोजना बनाने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये। बैठक में समिति के माध्यम से इको फ्रेण्डली बैग बनाने के स्व रोजगार योजना के तहत अल्मोड़ा और देहरादून जनपद में इसकी एक-एक यूनिट लगाई जायेगी।
बैठक प्रधानमंत्री मातृ बन्दन योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को लाभ देने का कार्य तेज किया जाए तथा आधार कार्ड न होने के कारण लाभ से वंचित लोगों के जल्द से जल्द आधार कार्ड बनवाकर योजना में शामिल किया जाए। इसके साथ ही कोटद्वार और ऊधमसिंह नगर में बनने वाले बालिका छात्रावासों के सम्बन्ध में भी चर्चा की गयी।
बैठक में नन्दा देवी गौरा योजना, पोषण अभियान, कामकाजी महिला छात्रावास के सम्बन्ध में चर्चा करते हुए कार्य तेजी लाने के लिए निर्देश दिया गया।
इस अवसर पर सचिव महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास सौजन्या, निदेशक वी.षणमुगम, उप निदेशक एस.के.सिंह, मुख्य परिवीक्षा अधिकारी/जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी मोहित चैधरी एवं नोडल अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
